On The Needles

A bit more progress made on the Skype Socks.
If I only do one color section a week,
it's going to take me a long time to finish these socks!

I spent most of my TV time working on this stitchery for a winter pillow.
Some of the gals at Wednesday Binding Friends work on awesome embroideries.
They inspired me work on a few of mine.
I find it easier to work on this than to knit.
I'm back to working on my socks now.

Hopefully Judy L with have the post for other On The Needles up.
Hooray! Click here for Friday's OTN post.
I hate when my internet is down.
Hoping hers is working again soon.

Love the socks........ I tried making two at once but went back to my old method..... Seems that works best for me.... Isn't it grand that we are all so different?

Great stitchery.... It is refreshing to change off projects from time to time........

Your socks are looking great! I'm a magic looper too! Love doing socks 2 at a time - no second sock syndrome.

Judy, I just noticed that you were knitting two socks at the same time! I never knew that could be done. But it sure is a great idea. I love your snowman recipe! The bits of color and graphics in the recipe itself really gives the design some wonderful added interest.

Judy, I have been looking for a sport weight yarn that is self striping and can not find any that specifically says sport weight for socks. Does it have to say for socks or can it be any sport weight. any suggestions would be helpful please and thank you

Melody-As long as it is a fiber appropriate for socks and will knit to the correct gushed for your pattern the yarn will be fine

Simple skyp is now my go to pattern! I just need to master two at a time socks. I like the colors of your new ones.

I LOVE the snowman recipe-what a fun pillow that will make. Who's pattern is it?
