Nice fish dad. Wish I was invited to dinner for some of it. Maybe I'll snag a jar when it's canned and have my own fish dinner that way, with peach cobbler from the canned peaches I stole at the same time.
Or is it going on in the smoker?
Let Mike know ahead of time of you have a midweek day off and I'm sure he'd love to go with you.
