On The Needles

I'm working the gusset on Sweet Georgia sock 2.  What I thought would be good pooling yarn-maybe it is but not for my size needles and stitch count.  It's OK, I love this pair of socks just as it is.  I'm going to work hard to get them finished before the deadline.

The end is in sight.

See other great needle projects here at Patchwork Times.

You are correct that it is a combo of gauge and needle size are what make a yarn pool.

They are lovely and my favorite colors. Personally, the pooling bothers me and I try my best to AVOID pooling. HAHA! To each his own. I was amazed when I saw Judy have a challenge to MAKE them pool. There is an interesting quirkiness to the pools, but I just can't make myself go there. Happy knitting! I know you will be wearing these lovelies soon.
