Design Wall Monday and

Mystery Monday Link-Up

I need background noise while I sew.
This weekend it was Netflix sweet and sappy movies.
I sit my little tablet and speakers right behind the machine.

After a while, these parts were finished for Grand Illusion.

Time to snip dog ears and get those wonky blocks in shape.
Most of mine turned out perfect but
there were a few that needed work.
I even had to use the ripper on some of them.
Now they are all pretty and ready for a partner.

Today I'm linking up at Patchwork Times and Quiltville.
Two of my most favorite people.

Glad to see you are keeping up! I had too many places to be this week-end so I'll be playing catch-up all week. Loving the variety of Pinks and neutrals. The ripper is our friend too much some days, huh?

Good job! Looks like you used Method 2 (rulers). I'm going to start with that but may switch to stitch-and-flip if they get too wonky.

I need background noise when I sew, too. Your mystery parts looks great. I'm loving the pinks and blacks together.

After my seam ripper accident my friends don't like to see me use one!

I listen to music whilst I sew, for a while I had a tv in my studio but my sons watched it more than I did.

It looks like you are keeping up with the mystery.

I get such a kick seeing your link on Patchwork Times -- the second person to link up and you are on the west coast! You must be getting up before sunrise! Those pinks look so pretty together. How do you like your little turn table for cutting?
