Design Wall Monday

I got nuttin'!
Nothing is on my design wall.
Unless you count all the stray threads.

What I do have is a finish!
This blue sampler was my oldest UFO.
Now it is my newest cuddle quilt.
I finished it Saturday.
You can read about it here if you want to.

Yesterday I started basting the quilt for the hunting club.
I have to hurry,
I'm running out of time.
I work best under pressure.

See fabulous projects at Patchwork Times.

Nuttin is good when you've had a great finish. You could have thrown some Hexies up there, even the crocheted ones would have been fine!
You will have plenty to put up after Next week's classes with BONNIE! Lucky YOU!!

It's a great blue and white sampler. As much as I love working with lots of colors, two-color quilts always appeal–they are so classic looking!

Your newest finish is a beauty! I also really love your new banner and the quilt in it is awesome! I don't remember seeing it in a post. Maybe I wasn't a blogger then or sompin. I doubt you are seeing any of my comments because they don't seem to want to go into people's emails any more. But I keep making them anyway. I keep watching for Mae's hexie quilt to be a finish. I hope I haven't missed that!

I had to click on your link the minute I saw it at Patchwork Times. I too have a Blue and White sampler; I suppose they are very popular! I started mine in early 2010. I even made some of the same blocks...Quilter's Cache! I love your sashing fabric, what a great idea. I'm glad you got yours done! It looks great! I have mine high on my UFO to-do list.

I'll take stray threads for a finish like yours! And to check off a UFO. WOOHOO! Your quilt is beautiful.
