Quiltathon Day 2

Yellow walls and florescent light, yuk!

My quiltathon isn't going as planned.
I decided to spend some time with my Laundry Day Tee pattern.
I taped my pages together,
traced out the size I needed.
Put my master pattern underneath,
marked the adjustments and drew out my final pattern.

This fabric came from Walmart.
It's a nice knit.
Not as nice as Knitpop  or Love Adore but it's nice.

It was a super easy sew.
I love that it is all the seams sewn on the serger.
I really love using the coverstitch for the topstitching.
I need to hem it this morning.

Maybe I'll make that quilt back today.
Or maybe I'll make another Laundry Day Tee!
It's still early.

For meeeee? :)) It turned out great! I told Kevin that I am down to less than $100 per garment, he looked at me weird but I reminded him of the serger he told me to go ahead and get :)

I have to admit that I really love the LDT. On my latest, I adjusted the neckline (I don't like to have so much showing) for me. I really love that easy pattern. Another one I really like is the "Relaxed Raglan" at Patterns for Pirates. I love the cuffs added so I don't have to worry about hemming. I don't think I can add another machine right now!
