Today we revisit the Pieced Hexies and 9 Patch quilt, It is layed out and ready to pin into rows to be sew up this week at retreat! WooHoo! Sometimes I don't realize how much I need the retreat until it's time to get things ready to go. And right now, I need to surround myself with a bunch of fabulous quilter friends.
I think with this quilt, the only thing I have to watch out for is not having any of the same fabrics in the 4 patches. I used such a good variety that it shouldn't be any trouble at all. (She says before it's all sewn together.)

Yea for retreats. I'm leaving in 3 weeks for one. And, yes, getting everything organized and ready to sew makes for a very productive time. Have fun.
