Design Wall Monday
I'm so excited to be working on the borders for Hawaiian Sunset. The top is all put together and I have about 30 more 4 patches to finishes. That shouldn't take too long.
What is going to take a while is sewing all the blue wings on to them. Or maybe not. After all, I did the 600 flying geese in just a few days. I love how bright and cheery this quilt is!

It IS bright and cheery. It's going to be a really fun quilt.
You always make me feel quilty about what's on MY design wall. If I posted for this design wall monday, my post would be almost the same every monday since last May. LOL I really must get at that quilt a bit more seriously! LOL
It is wonderfully cheery! Somehow those little pieces that seem to take forever to get done fly by when I do them as leaders and enders. Who knows why. I sure don't but that is what happens to me. Keep at them.
Wow, you are almost there - and it looks fabulous! Yes, it sounds like a good leader/ ender project and get Easy Street done at the same time;-)
Bravo, Judy!
Oh Judy, it's fabulous!!
Wow! I love the colors. What a happy quilt!
If you sleep under this quilt it will wake you up with the first ray of the sun. But I guess that will be all right with you. Good job.
You are at the border already! Wowser...that was fast!
WOW. You got that one done fast! I am still bogged down on flying geese, but seeing your top come together, I am thinking I should get back to it. What a great combination of colors. You are so right in saying it is bright and cheery. Congratulations on getting it done so quickly.
Congratulations on getting to the borders so quickly Judy!!! I am simply amazed and your quilt is gorgeous! I long to be back at work on mine, but it may be another week or two before I can do it :*)
This is looking sooooo good!
