I have decided to stick with my original plan and make the quilt just like Julie did.
Today I am going to start sewing my blocks into pairs and then into 4 patches. I love that there is no design plan. Just pick up 2 and sew them together. This will be quite fun while I listen to a new book or my new Michael Buble Christmas CD-which I highly recommend, it's fabulous.
That is after I do some laundry and housework.

This is going to be fun. Thanks for showing it today!
That is going to be a wonderful quilt.
pretty blocks on the wall. They'll be a quilt soon with your music to keep you moving...
Very bright and fun--enjoy! I think I need a Michael Buble Christmas CD too.
I was thinking "oh dear Lord, another quilt to add to my bucket list"....but it's already there! Oh, good, that means I still only have to live to be 125 to finish them all. I love your take on this quilt pattern, with the colorful brights. But I love the original too. Decisions, decisions.
I love your fabrics. That is going to be one happy quilt.
What fun this quilt is! Lots of great colors. I heard an advertisement for the new Michael Buble Christmas CD over the weekend, and I thought I'd like to have it. Glad to know it's a good one! :)
I love the delightful scrappiness here. It is wonderful!
Isn't scrappy just so much fun? It just doesn't matter at all how each block is placed...they all play nice together in the end. Yours is very nice.
I love this project! Fun piecing and no complex layout decisions!
Well, by the time I got around to reading blogs, you should have that top finished. Yes? Looks great.
