This week we had to say goodbye to our beloved Uggie dog. I will miss you, you silly thing. I will miss your Elivis smile, your constant, irritating licking, your wiggles and the way you peeked out the bedroom window when we drove in the driveway and then met us at the door so we wouldn't know you were up on the bed. I will miss our cuddles on the couch. You know the kiddos will miss you, especially Elliot. Who will he take on walks now?
Uggie loved to go over to the neighbors and play with their dogs. Silly boy didn't know that he couldn't run in front of the car and be ok. The oldest of the neighbor boys (young adults) had moved back home just this past weekend and had not yet met Uggie. He saw that a dog had been hit by a car (and no the a**hole did not stop) so he did what was right and he buried him in their pet cemetery. That is a great place for my Uggie, he loved to play with the nieghbor dogs.
I miss you little dog. You will always make me smile.

Alright...I have to admit, I'm going to miss him too, even if he did annoy me. Elliot will just walk up the hill yelling "come on" waiting for him :(

It sucks to loose a doggie. I do, however, think Leonard has a couple he would cheerfully give to you when you're ready!
