He was a scruffie looking little doggie. He needed lots of tender loving care. He has since been to the groomer for a hair cut, the vet for shots and neutering. He's a happy little fellow. He fits in with the family like he has lived here forever. He is getting better with his manners and he is learning to come when called. He also likes to sneak up onto the beds when no one is looking. Yip, he's a happy fellow.
