Design Wall Monday and...

...Quiltville Mystery Link Up

Allietare Part 5 is complete.
But first I had to complete part 4.
And celebrate Christmas.

Saturday afternoon was a good time to start putting half square triangles together.
I knew I had to do the 4 patches first.
I would be easy for me to put that part off.
I drew lines on my gray squares while watching tv to have them ready for Sunday.

I am now all set up for this week sewing on Pineapple Crazy.
My plan to have all the blocks finished by the end of the year has long since flown away.
Slow and steady is winning this crazy race.

Blogland fun will happen today.

Sometimes when you skip a step, you lose the feeling of the mystery. But it also sometimes makes more sense. I also believe in being a turtle - slow and steady - beats being a crazy jack rabbit/hare. Slow and steady is more relaxing anyway.

I'm hoping to get some sewing time in today for working on Allietare - maybe I can catch up with you! Though I'm shooting for that slow and steady thing, too...

Wonderful units, such an easy clue this week, I wonder what next week will bring. Pineapple Crazy sounds fun.

Way to go keeping up with all the mystery sewing!
I am close to being caught up... hopefully by the time the next step is up!

Good sewing job and nice zipper bags! They seem to be of a harder vynil kind of material than the regular ones I know.

You look so organised with your Mystery Quilt. Mine are in ice-cream containers and look quite messy by comparison but at least I have finally caught up. Yay!

I'm all caught up as of yesterday! But still hoping she has us cutting those huge rectangles down again...I keep my units for my BIL's quilt in baggies too.
Happy New Year!
