Sweet Georgia sock 1 just needs a bit of toe stitching and sock 2 can be cast on. I want to hurry and finish this pair so I can wear them. I love the colors. No pooling or flashing for the Pooling Challenge.
I started over on the Opal Prince Henry sock. I love that the short dark sections in the white are forming a diagonal. I'd like to believe I planned that but you all know I didn't. I couldn't have even if I thought of it. I'm curious what sock 2 is going to do.
I would love to just knit today since it's a rainy day but I can't. Too much to do, too little time.
Check out other great On The Needles projects at Patchwork Times. I love Judy L's sock color!!!

I am always intrigued with how yarn stripes. I wonder what will happen on the foot section of Prince Henry.
Beautiful! always amazing what the yarn will do and does it make a difference if I start casting on in the middles of a color section or between, then the size of the needles and number of stitches in a row so many variables to influence the way the colors repeat. Ann
Love both of your socks. Raining here today too - should be quilting but gone knitting.
those socks look so pretty. I'm not even going to say anymore that one day I'll learn to knit...sigh
Yesterday was a sock day here in Phoenix but not today. We are all having such strange weather.
But then, any day is a good day if you get to knit or sew.
Is "Prince Henry" the type of yarn? I have used Opal before. Really like the color.
Love that second sock!
